This device allows the user to save valuable time during both the measuring process and the blending and mixing process. By utilizing the level switch, the Cut and Blender can automatically produce 5 kg units of blended product. This conveniently eliminates the need for manual operation.

Compact Design
Due to the compact design, the Cut and Blender requires a significantly smaller space and can be easily plased alongside the plastic molding machine.

Easy, Thorough Cleaning
Due to pullout, you can clean the mixing tank easily when changing materials.Covers of both sides of the granulator can be opened to facilitate full viewing of the rough crusher and granulator blades during detailed cleanings. All old product residues can be completely removed before the addition of new materials.

CBR or CBA model
You can choose 2 types of machine.
CBR model : The desired rate of blending for raw and granulated materials can be selected by setting the timer.
CBA model : With this model all of the added granulated material will be recycled.

Q&A
What is the difference between CBA series and CBR series?
CBA series reduces all materials. All runners expelled from the injection molding machine are used for 100% recyclable molding.
CBR series reduces proportional materials. Runners are used for molding of limited mixing ratio.
Is mixing ratio fixed?
It is controlled based on feeding runner into the granulator at regular intervals. Please note that mixing ratio will be increased when a large number of runners or defective materials are fed at a time.
Is it easy to clean?
Due to pullout, you can clean the mixing tank easily when changing materials.
